Purchase and Payment Information

For your ease in ordering, just select the items you want by clicking the appropriate order button. These items will appear in the shopping cart, along with the appropriate tax. You may use your VISA, MasterCard or Discover Credit Card on our secure server to pay for your purchase.

If you wish to pay with a personal check, a business check, a money order, or don't wish to submit your credit card number, print the order out using your browser's "print command." Send the order in with the appropriate payment to:

We will fill your order then and ship it when we receive your payment. All orders are shipped via ground transportation. Please allow 2-3 days for us to package and ship your Doll Jems order.

Shipping in the USA and Overseas

Shipping charges within the Continental United States are calculated for UPS Ground Service and will be added to your order. If you wish to have your merchandise shipped Overnight Air, Second Day Air or Three-Day Select, the charges will be billed accordingly. Please make a note of this request in the "order information" box on the order page. All shipments are fully insured and you will be notified the day they are shipped. Please notify us if packages are not received in ten (10) to fourteen (14) days so we can trace them for you.

Shipping charges outside of the Continental United States will be calculated according to the method of shipping requested by the customer. For these shipments we ship either U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Both provide several types of service depending upon the time line for delivery. Please specify how quickly you would like to have the merchandise and we will do the rest. Actual shipping charges will be added to you bill.
